Azizi Venice is an area located within Dubai South, Dubai.

Amenities will include an amphitheatre, a boardwalk, children's play areas, a cinema, entertainment venues, food and beverage outlets, fountains, a lagoon pool, an opera house, outdoor fitness facilities, restaurants and cafes, running tracks and a water park.

The mixed-use development has a total plot area of 1.36 million square meters (14.6 million square feet) and a gross floor area (GFA) of 2.17 million square meters (23.4 million square feet).
Azizi purchased the 139 hectare parcel of land from Dubai South in November 2022.
The mixed-use development is at the design stage and will feature, villas, townhouses, hotels, schools, a hospital and cycling and jogging tracks,
The development is worth roughly AED 12 billion (USD $3.27 billion) and will have an estimated 24 million square feet of gross floor area.
Azizi will also be in charge of constructing the development’s infrastructure and road network.
The community will contain a swimmable lagoon with 3 kilometres of artificial beach shores and water features, along with parks and abundant greenery.
Azizi hopes the community will become an ‘innovative landmark destination’ with over 100,000 daily visitors.
The community is located roughly five-minutes drive from the Al Maktoum International Airport.
The boulevard and community as a whole will be themed for each season, holiday and festivity.
The community features an opera house, designed with both indoor and outdoor spaces. A floating stage allows for performances to be held in the round, and the opera house plaza is integrated with a water feature and dancing fountain. The building will also host curated arts, music, and events programs.
The community sits on the proposed metro Blue Line, and the artist renders depict a station, although there are no imminent plans for construction of the metro line.
Azizi Venice includes a variety of property types, including villas and mansions (305 units), apartments (90+ buildings) and hospitality (575 keys).
The water area spans 400,000 square meters (4.3 million square feet).
Azizi intends to have direct control over all aspects of construction to maintain pace, a first in their approach to building communities.
The residences offer waterfront views, including lagoon views from waterfront mansions or luxury apartments.
The development offers both apartments and mansions with a variety of amenities such as Calcutta marble flooring, gold-brushed elevators, and premium wood panelling.
