Nestled in Jumeirah Village Circle, Oxford 212 is a new residential project developed by the construction companies Iman Developers and Ashiyana Contracting. The architecture consultant is Em Square Engineering Consultants.

It is planned to have the project completed in the second quarter of 2023.

The development includes studios and two-bedroom units.

ARCHITECTURE

 

Oxford 212 has seven floors. Panoramic glazing and glass balconies give a feeling of open space while the stylish ground floor with its grey tiling creates the opposite effect.

Starting from the third floor upwards, the building is being constructed to mimic the form of a staircase, so that the architecture of the project resembles a steamship.

Golf enthusiasts will quickly get to Montgomerie Golf Club Dubai in Emirates Hills, which requires a drive of only 15 minutes.

Westar La Residencia bus stop is a two-minute walk from the project, where you can take the J01 bus.
