Upper House is a premium class residential complex which is under construction. The new Upper House consists of two identical 31-storey buildings designed in a modern architectural style with a glass facade and bright lighting. The exteriors and interiors were created by Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG), an international design company based in London. The residential floors of each tower rise on separate podiums, and their territory is divided into several functional zones.
